Iso E Super is like a drug. When you smell it you want more instantly. It has a strange almost mystical aspect to it. Brain imaging research conducted by International Flavours & Fragrances (IFF) utilized fMRI scans to pinpoint exactly how Iso E Super affects a female's brain. Professor Dr. Hanns Hatt at Ruhr-University Bochum and his team discovered that Iso E Super directly stimulates the hypothalamus. This specific structure sits within the limbic system and regulates human hormones. Because this synthetic molecule impacts us so distinctively without being native to our biology, scientists believe it mimics a hidden, naturally occurring human pheromone or chemo-signal. Interestingly, the neurological impact of Iso E Super on the hypothalamus is significantly more pronounced in women than in men. Women exposed to this molecule frequently describe Iso E Super as having a comforting, protective, "hug me" presence, researchers hypothesize that it may function similarly to oxytocin—the hormone responsible for maternal bonding and trust.
